Refund and Cancellation Policy

At O2 Mobiles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • Returns: We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, only if the product is received in a damaged condition, has a manufacturing defect, or if the wrong item was sent.

  • Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a return, the gadget must be unused, in the original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and the original invoice.

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment (e.g., credited back to your bank account via Razorpay) within 5-7 working days.

  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
